This company is specialized in the production and marketing of automobile safety glass and industrial glass with an annual output of 1.5 million pieces of car laminated front windshield glass, 50000 pieces of bus laminated front windshield glass and 8 million pieces of tempered side window glass and rear windshield glass.

Equipment and Installations
This company has introduced the internationally advanced equipment from the U.S, Italy, Japan, Germany and Sweden, for example, Glasstech single/double-bend tempering furnace and DBIV tempering furnace from U.S.A, Bystronic cutting line from Sweden and Bando pre-treating line from Japan, for some of which reconstruction and improvement also was made. In addition, this company itself made some facilities with the international level such as the continuous furnace and vertical furnace. At the end of 2005, the laminating factory increased one automatic pre-treatment line, one pre-sintering furnace and one continuous furnace. This added continuous furnace enjoys a high degree of automatic control which can not only inspect the surface of glass ball automatically but also can change the furnace parameters. In addition, the installation of PU mechanical hand enables it to bond the base. Such advanced facilities have ensured a high precision. The tempering factory added two sets of Bando lines and one FBT furnace, had GT furnace updated and introduced C6 automatic inspection device. As a result, the laminating factory has increased its output from 80000 pieces up to 12 pieces, and the tempering factory has increase its output from 350000 pieces up to 600000 pieces.
