Fuyao Glass (Hubei) Co., Ltd. is an automotive glass production base recently invested by Fuyao Group in the mid part of China. The company is located by the highway in the High and New Tech Industrial Development Zone of Jingmen City, Hubei province, facing Wuhan city in the east, adjacent to Yichan city in the west, Jingzhou city in the south, and Xiangfan city in the north. The No. 207 national highway, Zao-Dang and Jing-Qian provincial highways, Taiyuan-Macao, Hangzhou-Lanzhou expressways, and Jiaozuo-Liuzhou, Shanghai-Chongqing, Jingmen-Changsha railways run through this area. The Wuhan Tianhe Airport and the Three Gorges International Airport are also near by the Jingmen High & New Tech Zone. The company has a planned area of 333 mu for a total building area of 130,000 square meters and has a registered capital of USD 20 million and a total investment of RMB 300 million for production of automotive safety glass parts and special glasses of inorganic nonmetal materials and products.

The company plans to put into production in September 2008, with the Phase I production capacity for one million sets automotive glass and the Phase II two and a half million sets. The products will be supplied mainly to automobile manufacturers in Central China including Dong Feng Nissan, Dong Feng Citroen-Peugeot, Dong Feng Honda, Dong Feng commercial vehicles, Hunan Changfeng, Zhengzhou Nissan, Zhengzhou Yutong, Jiangxi Changhe, and Jiangling Motors.
